Paul Buchanan writes about their experience together as the Blue Nile… " We just concentrate on what we do, and treat anything good that happens like a drop of water from a cactus - a source of nourishment that allows us to go on and do one more thing. It may sound ridiculous, but I still feel that whatever we've achieved, it's been with just a pocket knife and a broken guitar. If we've sent good feelings out at all, we've done so without moving emotionally from the room in which we very first started." |
